IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS...

All cancellations and/or request for refunds must be received three weeks before the specified camp. The "Request for Refund" document (found in the Camp Manual) must be submitted for consideration. If the cancellation notice is received before the above-said deadline, full payment will be returned except a 50% administrative fee. The administrative fee is not refundable for any reason. If the cancellation notice is received after the above-said deadline, 0% of the paid balance will be returned unless there is a medical circumstance in which proper documentation is required. Swanson Volleyball Camps, LLC reserves the right to change and/or cancel any camp at any time in which a full refund will be honored.


CONFIRMATION...

Upon processing each registration, an initial notice will be sent via email. A follow-up confirmation notice along with the Official Camp Manual (see above) will be sent several days before camp. More information on each camp and the 2013 Summer Camp Series is also available in the Official Camp Manual. Once the registration is processed, all camp-related correspondence will be sent via email. It is advised that campers and/or parents check their emails frequently in the immediate weeks leading up to camp. 


DISCOUNTS...

Swanson Volleyball Camps, LLC have established two different discounts for campers. South Carolina Athletics Staff will receive free registration for any day camp, and siblings enrolling in the same camp will receive a $40.00 discount for any day camp (the discount credited to the second sibling).

If a camper is not able to actively participate in the full camp session, they may request a pro-rated discount for camp. In this instance, the cost of camp is divided by the number of days (multi-day) or hours (single day) the camp is hosted. If a camper needs to request a pro-rated fee, they must do so no later than 14 days prior to the beginning of camp. Please contact South Carolina Volleyball to begin the process. ENROLLMENT...

These camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender. Space is limited for each camp; enrollment is a first-come, first-serve basis. Early enrollment is strongly encouraged to ensure participation.


FACILITIES...

The main site for camp check-in and all camps will be the Volleyball Competition Facility (1051 Blossom Street / Columbia, SC 29208), the official home of South Carolina Volleyball! The Blatt Physical Education Center and the Strom Thurmond Wellness and Fitness Center will also be utilized throughout the 2013 Summer Camp Series.


PARENT CONSENT & MEDICAL WAIVER...

The Parent Consent & Medical Waiver Form (see above) is REQUIRED for all campers (one per camper). Campers will not be permitted to participate without this form presented on the first day of camp check-in. Swanson Volleyball Camps, LLC reserves the right to deny any camper with pre-existing medical and/or physical history.


T-SHIRTS...

This summer, each camper will receive an exclusive South Carolina Volleyball t-shirt. Please understand that these t-shirts are limited to one-per-camper. If a camper registers and participates in multiple camps, they will still receive only one shirt. A camper must register and check-in to camp before receiving their t-shirt; should they not participate, a t-shirt will not be given.
